How do I place an order?
Add the products you want to your cart and complete checkout. Once your order is submitted, payment is made separately by Interac E-Transfer to yegpeps@gmail.com Because we do not use autodeposit, please use your order number as the security answer/password. Your order will be processed once the e-Transfer is received. We'll then prepare your package and email you a photo of your Canada Post tracking number before it is dropped off for shipping.
Where do you ship?
We ship Canada wide at a $15 flat rate. Shipping is free on orders over $300.
What shipping options are available?
We ship via Canada Post Express. Flat $15 shipping applies to all orders, and shipping is free on orders over $300.
Are these products for human use?
All YegPeps products are sold for research use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
How can I check my order status?
Reply to your order confirmation email or send a new message to yegpeps@gmail.com with your order number and we'll update you.
What is the rule of thumb for reconstituting a vial?
Draw your calculated amount of appropriate fluid for your vial. Inject it slowly so you do not damage the structure, as some peptide strings are fragile. Swirl the vial gently until all the powder is dissolved. NEVER SHAKE. Refrigerate after reconstitution.
